Shipping & Returns

Delivery and Cancellation and Returns policies.

RCARTF is proud of its customer service standards and it is our aim to provide our customers with the best experience possible whilst using our website our services and our products.

All orders placed will be subject to our delivery, cancellation and returns policy detailed below.

RCARTF will make all endeavours to ship your goods as soon as possible. This will normally be accomplished next business day (Monday to Friday). Should there be any delays outside of this dispatch timescale we will contact you via email address, or phone to advise the reason for any delay and what timescale we reasonably expect to have your order dispatched. Orders are sent using a variety of methods including courier and Royal Mail. RCARTF will always use the most cost effective service with delivery timescales in mind in an effort to reduce delivery costs. Should you require an item urgently please contact us to arrange any requirements.
Delivery timescales will normally be 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, dependant on location and method of posting. To allow for delays outside our control please allow up to 5 days for delivery, if you have not received your goods in this time please contact us to arrange re-delivery / replacement.

We understand that mistakes can happen, should you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us.
We will endeavour to deal with all order changes in the most effective manner possible. Orders placed via our website can be cancelled at any time up until dispatch, however once your order has been dispatched we will not be able to cancel the order and the item will need to be returned under our returns policy which is detailed below. Should you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately.
Refunds will be made within 1 working day of cancellation and are normally made immediately on receipt of request.

Should you wish to return a product which you feel you have ordered in error please contact us to arrange this return. Returns of products ordered incorrectly will only be accepted in a complete and re-saleable condition with unopened packaging. Refunds will provided for the cost of the goods only and all costs for return is the customers responsibility.
Refunds will be processed within 1 working day of receipt and checking and we will advise you when this has been processed.

Defective goods:
In the unlikely event that you feel that the goods you have received are not as expected then please contact us to discuss. Often with goods which a customer is not familiar with a simple explanation will clarify the situation. If any goods are incorrect or found to be defective we will endeavour to resolve all issues and will arrange for a refund / replacement product accordingly. Goods returned as defective will have all postage costs covered by RCARTF.
