We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

 (c)     Our website itself does not require any registration to view the content however to complete purchases you will need to register an account and logon to this account. All registrations are held on our secured servers which are protected by firewalls and all trasactions are handled utilising SSL technologies. Payments taken via this website will be handled by our payment processor Paypal and will appear on any statements as RCARTF. Paypals own terms and conditions will apply in this instance.

 (d)      any other information that you choose to send to us.

 (e)      of any information you do provide to us we will only store your contact details to include name, postal address and email address.

 (1.1)   What Information do we not store?

         Any payment information will not be retained any longer than is necessary to process the transaction and all information of this type will be destroyed by shredding the paper based information or deleting any electronic based information. We do not store your financial information in any format.

 (2)      Cookies

 A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.

We do not currently use Cookies within our website, however our service providers (Paypal and Google Analytics may and do use cookies.

 All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Paypal.  You should only provide your personal information to Paypal after reviewing the Paypal privacy policy (available at www.paypal.com).  We will share information with  Paypal only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website.

 As per section 1.1 we will not retain any financial documentation or information past the processing of your order. All paper based information held will be shredded and all electronic information will be deleted.

 Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

 You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.

 You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you.  Provision of such information may be subject to the payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00).

 The website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.
